How to get a refund or cancel subscription

Before getting refund, please contact us by email or Songtive’s forums. We will be happy to resolve any issues since we are constantly improving our applications.


Just send us your Google Account (or/and transaction id) on email and you will get a refund.


If you want to cancel Subscription then follow instructions as shown over here.

You can get a refund by following these steps:

  1. Open up your email.
  2. Search for “Your receipt from Apple“.
  3. Tap on the receipt for the purchase your want refunded.
  4. Tap Report a Problem next to the purchase and you will be redirected to Apple’s problem reports page.
  5. Enter your Apple ID and password.
  6. Tap Choose Problem and select a problem from the menu.
  7. Enter details for your problem, then tap Submit.
  8. You should hear back from Apple within a few days once your request for a refund is approved.
